Weyinmi has acquired over 30 years of organizational experience in professional services and banking including diverse roles in executive management. He is a Certified Master Coach (CMC) from the Behavioral Coaching Institute of Australia and a Trained LPI Coach. He is also a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation and a Certified Master Facilitator of the Leadership Challenge. A Chartered Accountant by training and a Member of the International Association of Facilitators, he also holds a Masters in Leading Innovation & Change.
He has facilitated programmes across industries and organizational hierarchies. His coaching expertise has been utilized by multinational and indigenous organizations.
His employment history includes United Bank for Africa, Akintola Williams & Co (now Deloitte), NNB International Bank and Ashford & McGuire Consulting. He is the author of Proverbial Business, a series of insights on business and life based on the Book of Proverbs. He also writes weekly column in BusinessDay newspaper.
